Bike Skeleton
December 1st, 2006
Every now and then we see a bike skeleton such as this chained to a pole or bike rack. I assume the city comes and cleans up the remaining skeletons once a year or so, but it seems like someone should just take the rest of the bike - or there would be a black market of bike skeletons you could buy to fit the parts you “found.”

Tragic.
Note to self: do not bring bike to New Haven if Yale works out.
I had my entire bike stolen while chained to a gigantic tree in my backyard in Pasadena. For about a week I would look at each person riding a bike near there suspiciously, hoping to find the person who took it and chase them down. But my Bicycle Theif moment never came.
